HAD TO MAKE CHANGES AND NOT SURE I LIKE THEM!
I use to be able to go with the flow......change was always good before but of corce I was at the bottem and no way but up to go!
I now had to give up my own place!
living in a room at the little girl I use to Nannie ,who is all grown up with two tear pld and a baby on the way!!
My health stresses me....it wouldnt be so bad if it was just hep stuff but with this tumor in my neck I thought was removed in October....tumor marker test says is something abnormal.....waiting for test to pin point it is very aggervating!! (sorry my spelling sucks!)
at least I am safe and around someone now....loneliness has always been a big factor on how I am feeling ...DEPRESSION SUCKS....ALWAYS HAVEING TO FIGURE OUT IS it in my head or am i phyical sick....

Yeah we have trouble with change, my sponsor the first thing he told me many yrs ago, "people don't like change", but sometimes it's for the best,especially if they are good changes.

With depression it is both mental and physical, it's a duodiagnosis, I know I get frustrated with dr's also on this issue, they just want to send you to a psych when it is also physical.
