struggleing with the after math of my addictions in 12 step program , have hep b and c..seizure disorder I AM SOBER and now seeking for some new friends that have been there and are as me....not belonging in the life stlye I have known and now in a life so strange....A REAL PERSON...such a thin line it is...but the hardest to tetter on...need to cross that line...done that phyically, spiritually, now the hard part...emotionally and with both feet!

losing interest(sigh) ...doctor says its new medication for seisure disorder (keppra)...so hopefully my interests come back..can barely be interested in even being alive(sad to say)

Close Epilepsy & Seizures
Having a seizure disorder and recent awareness of having hep b and c....Feb 7th 2009 ..air vac to Tucson University medical with liver failure...meds I have been on after being on forever now no longer can take and introduced to a NEW MEDICATION (KEPPRA)...HAVING MOVED starting over with new doctors ...not so sure NEW is better..not seizing BUT side effects of Keppra...I am scared and confused!
Treatments
- Dilantin Working / Worked
- worked for years..recent contact with Hep B...haveing Hep c ..now being co infected..DILANTIN IS HARD ON LIVER and taken off of med I am confertable with..now on Keppra...not the same but works..side effects of new meds..behavior change and suicial thoughts...not agreeing with doctors that its too early to make judgements....when is the time come...when your on a slab...too Late to say"told u so"
- Keppra Working / Worked
- working but dont like it! overwelming changeing..Doctor not much help....says give it time..easier on LIVER but If these feelings and even my friends notices the before and after taking Keppra..not good!
Close Hepatitis B
anger at the fact of being affected after I left the high risk life style..hep C...I had accepted..was an IV drug user...when a man I meet out of that circle (never used drugs ..good job..dont drink) failed to mention THAT HE HAD HEP B...with an added infection..changed my whole life..he went to go get treatment and said too me "sorry about your luck" yes bitter but with a different view then his..educateing my self AND BEING A RESPONSIBLE PERSON..stopped that change of infecting someone else..
Open Hepatitis C
having Hep c (a result of my addition) I wasnt surprised and long as I was responsible(not to infect others).. in 12 step program and not a hidden secret...I know lots of people with HEP C..can live with it..now being recently infected with HEP B>> WORD OF ADVICE..GET HEP B VAC
Open Lupus
was told in Texas (2005) I might possibly have lupus ..only lived there shorly and was seeking medical for a lump in my neck!..this week at liver appt..spleen problems !..SLE LUPUS
