Except for about five minutes in seventh grade, I have been heavy my whole life. I am not at my heaviest, but I am in the most physical pain ever due to weight. I have a hard time believing I can fix this, and yet I have more hope than ever that I can (if that makes any sense?). Looking for encouragement, hope, support, ways to stay positive. Thanks.
