I am married but in the process of divorcing my husband of four years, (married after dating 7 years). I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 21. I also suffer from endometriosis, pelvic congestion syndrome, chronic pelvic pain, interstitial cytitis, ibs and nerve pain. Because of these conditions, my husband decided to leave as he didn't want to face the prospect of having to take care of me for the rest of his life. When a marriage counselor asked him about his vows to me, he responded that he just said whatever the preacher told him to repeat. And this is how my marriage will be ending.

I just wanted to tell you I found your response to the AETNA discussion in the chronic pain group very well put!! I went through a lot to get my SS disability and I kept telling myself, it's not personal, unfortunately so many folks who don't really need it make it so hard on the ones who do. I guess after jumping through all their hoops and "proving" my case it made me even more aware and frustrated with those who abuse the system. So I guess I appreciate when someone stops and points out that if you have nothing to hide, hide nothing. There are reasons for the rules and you said it with great empathy and eloquence. I'd be delighted if you'd add me as a friend, if not that's fine, I know some folks like to limit their list. Sincerely, Konnie
