  Hi Kate,
  The results of my echo and stress test were all good. I've never had chest pains....just the heart palpitations....skipped beats, racing heart etc. I have to admit since I found out that my heart is fine, the palps have been about 75% better. I still get them but they are mild and less frequent and because I don't react to them..they aren't as scary. So I guess Anxiety is the cause. I still have my anxious days which I hate but I think it has been a little better. How are you doing?
