Journal

It's bad enough that my daughter is still not speaking to me, but now she has alienated the whole family.  I have had so many emotional ups and downs and my body is retaliating. Can't sleep, always anxious and the mtx is killing my stomach. By the time the nausea stops I have one decent day before I have to take it again. I have decided to stop taking it and hope my rheumy appt. on 11/05 will come up with a better solution.

It has been a while since I've updated my journal. Things have been in such an uproar around here. I am still fighting what is now asthma. I usually don't get my allergic asthma until the middle of October....rather early this year. I started with a cold and guess with all my meds my immune system really didn't like it. On the up side - my leg braces are working well. Steps are still a problem but getting around is so much easier. Another upside is my lose of 12 pounds. I guess the prednisone did put on the weight. Stopped it and lost the weight. Okay 20 lbs more to go!
