Close Pseudotumor Cerebri

Diagnosed in March 2009. First LP in April, '09. Started on Diamox shortly after that, 500mg daily. Next neurologist appointment, upped the dose to 1000mg daily. I've seen so many doctors I can't even remember all their names. The Diamox seems to have stopped working for some reason. I'm supposed to schedule another LP soon. Everything's up in the air right now, and all my symptoms have come back, and I'm just pretty much frustrated with the whole situation.

Acetazolamide Somewhat Helpful

I started out on 250mg tablets twice a day. The first few weeks were hell. I would have almost rather just dealt with the headaches than the side effects of the Diamox. I was tired all the time had constant tingling in my hands feet and face it made my pop taste like crap. I live on Diet Pepsi so that particular side effect was MOST unwelcome xD
