I'm at 283- 1 pound away from 50! I've had some food ups and downs- finally feel like I'm getting this thing under control. I don't have a good workout plan yet- need to get that portion under control.

That is AWESOME! 50# is great. Walking is a great way to get started if you aren't doing that already. I go back to the dr on the 1st hope to released to do more exercise. Funny I didn't care for exercise before, but I didn't have the energy for it then. lol
