Progress! I've been at the Gym 5 of the last 7 days and feel HORRID! Horrid because I'm working muscles that have not been worked in a long time. I can't imagine doing any of this 80 pounds ago...

It's been a long frustrating couple of weeks, but the weight is moving again. 45 pounds to this next challenge. I'm shooting for a weight of 220 for my sister's wedding in October- sometimes I think I'm just nuts to have a goal like this- it's about 5 lbs a week from now until the wedding. Oh well- time to attempt to rock it out.
UPDATED GOALS
I've dropped the first 10 lbs on this goal. Food is slowly but surely not the enemy anymore. Now the challenge is different- food is too easy and it's amazing what I used to enjoy that now turns my "new" stomach. Every day is an adventure!
