Asthma Mood

I am so frustrated right now b/c my asthma is not under control and that is all I can think about.  I have a beautiful 1 year old girl and all I want is to be a good healthy mother and wife.  I just feel so alone and helpless and I wish that my asthma was back to being under control.  Please help!
