Close Asthma
Type: Adult AsthmaAbout three months ago I got the first of three colds. At the time my asthma was under control, with the help of a lot of medicine. However that isn't the case currently. I have been having a very tight chest and my back feels like there are 10lbs on each lung. My medicines don't seem to be working and currently I am on Prednisone. I am just feeling so frustrated. I have a 1 year old and my asthma is holding me back. Are there any new medicines?

- Bad leg cramps, couldn't sleep and lost my voice.

- It did work, but currently I don't think it is. Can you build an immunity to a drug if you have been on it for 11 years?

- I think it is still working, but I'm not under control at the moment?

- Not sure if it worked, went back on it
- Symbicort Considering
- Theophylline Somewhat Helpful
- Thinking about going back on to get some relief.

- It did work, but I'm not sure it still is b/c I'm currently having trouble 4 puffs of 180 twice a day
- Zyrtec Working / Worked
- 10mg once a day. Seems to work
