Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSI was diagnosed in June 2005 and have been on Copaxone since then. Overall I am doing well. I do have some numbness on my right side and am not able to sense heat on that side as well. Each summer is an adventure...the heat and humidity are not my friend. I have multiple other health issues - presently dealing with my 2nd DVT and pulmonary embolism in both lungs, not 100% satisfied with the medical care where I live...it's not the most current.
Treatments
- Copaxone Working / Worked
- I still have site reactions but for the most part no major complaints
- Solumedrol Working / Worked
- Makes me sort of manic. It hasn't helped with the numbness and tingling but initially did help reduce the size of my first lesion.
Close Pulmonary Embolism
Was recently diagnosed with DVT (my second) and bilateral PE. I also happen to have MS.
Treatments
Open Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Just diagnosed 2 weeks ago with my 2nd DVT and PE. Also have MS.
