Our divorce went fairly smoothly, although it wasn't what he wanted. Didn't even use lawyers. Then 2 years ago I had to report my ex to CPS. We went back and forth in court for 2 years, he had to go to anger management classes for a year. He now has "earned" his custody back and we share our son 50/50. However, he is now being verbally abusive and belittling our son. I'm thinking about going back to court.
