Close GERD & Heartburn

I have been having symptoms of reflux since dec. I took big doses of advil for flu. Just can't get better. Sonogram shows gallstones, not big symptoms of that! Endoscopy shows everything looking good, did two biopsies took off a polyp in my stomach, not results yet.

Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked

getting off caffeine chocolate, sugar, tomatoes, high fats helped some.

Dietary Modification Somewhat Helpful

smaller meals, more often

Nexium Working / Worked

only had a weeks worth, dr. put me on Kapidex for 2 weeks then zengrid this last one helps more
