Close Down Syndrome
I am 28, and have a daughter that is 6 who was orn with Downs Syndrome.

I think I have a temper somtimes. A support group may help me control it a little bit!

- These help me control my cravings. I tend to over-snack, or even over-eat, so I try to drink one of these before my meals, or just as a snack, and it helps control my appetite.
