   I never thought I would be this disabled this quickly.  I am having a hard time driving with my shoulders being out and in even opening my car door hurt.  Also sleeping is not easy right now my back is starting to hurt last night it cracked all the way down I guess that was good.  My PT is looking into bracing for my shoulder I am wearing a neck brace to give my neck a rest.  I am also looking into a ankle brace right now too.
