I suffer from severe depression, anxiety attacks, and have a lot of trouble sleeping. It's extra hard because I have three beautiful children:) 2 girls and a boy, all under 5. I'm married to an excellent man, but have trouble not being angry, and he cops my moods.....Poor Man. lol

I do the same thing,listen to music on my Ipod and it does work.It relaxes me and stops my mind from thinking about a million different things.

Close Anxiety
Often have attacks. Can't breathe, my lips and fingers go tingly. Cry, because I think I'm dying. When really, I don't even have anything serious to even worry about.
Open Parenting Toddlers (1-3)
My middle child is 3, I think she may have mild autism or aspergers Repeats things, has tantrums, very attached to things, talks to random people. This sounds normal, but I know otherwise. I have a niece with autism and two other children. She is very bright and so gorgeous, I wouldn't have her any other way:)
Treatments
- Education (School) Working / Worked
- She has been in childcare and loved it, helped with her attachment to me.
- Patience Working / Worked
- Takes a lot of time and listening. But, worth it.
Open Parenting Big Kids (5-8)
My daughteris 4 and a half but got early entry in to prep(she may aswell be 5). Very bright:) She is like me in her attitude, can be stubborn and angry. First baby of three, was spoilt by everyone.
Treatments
- Education (School) Working / Worked
- Early entry, thank god! Ws going mad at home, becoming very bored and fighting with her sister, annoying her baby brother.
- Listening Working / Worked
- I do listen, but she has no patience...I have no patience. Her Dad is much better at this.
- Patience Working / Worked
- Try, try, try! Sometimes works, others....just no use.
Open Parenting Newborns & Infants (0-1)
Baby boy, last of three. Very big, very happy(now). Had a lot of problems with him, he is milk protein intolerant.

- Breast Feeding Working / Worked
- Tried...not for me.
- Patience Working / Worked
- Did controlled crying, does that count? lol
- Research Working / Worked
- A lot of research about his formula.

My family isn't what I thought it to be. 26 years old and just got this.

- My husband gets it.....he lived it, for 6 months with me.
