      I started my fitness program (including diet and exercise) one month ago. I've lost 10 lbs. So far so good. I do great until the afternoon when I hit a wall--no energy at all. What can i do?

      Treatments

      Counting Calories Working / Worked
      I use Fitday software to count calories and log what I eat. It's motivating to do the log.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      I've cut back a lot, but try to eat enough to not get too hungry. Doesn't always work. Some days I don't feel hunger at all and other days I'm starving. Can't figure it out. My carb intake is about 60% with fat and protein at 20% each.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
      I walk a 2-mile trail every day with my dog. I try to do a strength training work out in the afternoon, but I often feel too tired to do so.
