Just a false alarm. Not sure what caused the flare up (if you want to call it that), but it didn't last long. By the next day I was fine. I had a little more trouble Friday night after taking a bath. When I got out there was a band of sensation around both of my ankles that felt like hot needles poking into my skin that lasted maybe 15 minutes and then Sat. morning my left side, head to toe, was tingly and my left pointer finger was warm and somewhat numb. I poked it with a sharp screw driver and it felt like I was just pushung on it with my other finger. The only thing I did different was I ate some dry roasted soy beans on Fri. afternoon which are legumes and are on the do not eat list for the MS Recovery Diet. Maybe legumes are a trigger for me. The only way to make sure is to eat them again and see what happens. I don't htink they were good enough for the risk : ) Other than this I still feel terrific and I'm still losing weight.
