Wow! I just got back from my first massage. That felt absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to go back next week.Even if this doesn't help settle things down its worth it just to feel so good for a little while.

Thought maybe it was all passing by but here I am a week later and still not driving. I don't think I've been able to drive for around a month now. I'm going to see a friend today who is a massage therapist and wants to try to help me. She looked into Dystonia and thinks given enough time she might be able to. So I figure what do I have to lose, so far noone else has been able to do anything for me.

God is so good, at every turn He has a bleesing for me. I whine, cry, complain, dowhat I shouldn't and don't do what I should and He continues to bless me. I wake up every morning and drink a cup of hot tea, there is food in the cupboards, a dry roof over my head, a soft bed to sleep on and a loving husband to curl up next to. On top of all of that He has blessed me with two wonderful children and the hope of grandchildren someday, and a friend at every corner to help me along the way.

I am so blessed!

Maybe I'm finally starting to come out of this one. I can type with two hands now and yeaterday is the first day that I haven't fallen since coming home on Wed. The spasms are much milder and not lasting as long as they were. Hope the trend continues.Since going back on the diet on Wed. after being off of it for two and a half days I still have some tingling, but most of the other sensations seem to be back under control. I wonder if caffeine is the worst culprit. Only way to tell is to try other things one at a time, but I don't think I'm ready for that yet. The weather is getting very spring like here, hope I can walk much better soon so I can enjoy my usual morning mile. I miss it.
