app with surgeon 3 months out Mood

has an app with the surgeon 12 weeks appt lost 4 kg in the last 2 weeks , so thats 25.5 kg since my op which im pleased with , was feeling a bit depressed but the spur weight lose has made me feel more positive

 

starting weight 135 5 kg  8th april

weight now 110.  3 july  12 weeks and  2 days

 

weight loss 57lb
