well.... just over 6 weeks had my 6 weeks appointment im now down to 116 kg so just lost 5 kg in the last 4 weeks bit disappointed.  But he told me i was right on track so that made me feel a bit better..

 

starting weight 136 kg day of op

2 weeks  121 kg

6 weeks 116 kg 

UPDATED GOALS
