im nearlly 5 months post op willing to lose the 3lb to get to 5 stone.. 5 months on the 8th sept.
starting weight after op 21 stone 4 weight now 16 stone 7lb ...move those scales please

ill be 16 weeks this wednesday, what a naff month, i put on weight lose it put it on etc, by wednesday i dont think i would have lost a thing this month, stuck stuck stuck what am i doing wrong i have brought a stepper and have an exercise bike, not eating things i shouldnt so why am i stuck. i know ive lost over 4 stone in 4 months so i shouldnt be negative.

has an app with the surgeon 12 weeks appt lost 4 kg in the last 2 weeks , so thats 25.5 kg since my op which im pleased with , was feeling a bit depressed but the spur weight lose has made me feel more positive
