i admitted to Heb last night that i hadn't been taking my meds and he helped me focus enough to set them up and take them, friend of mine helped me eat and take morning meds today, and am about to take tonight's meds. i'm feeling a little better although i'm still in a frack-load of pain. i have some comfort food and a cup of peppermint tea to help me calm/settle so i can take night meds, do my hair (it needed washing) and sleep.
i just wanna move up to be with Heb.
