Diagnosed last year right around this time. Had a huge "boil"-like sore on my butt that was surgically cut open, because it wouldn't soften up on it's own. I also had sores on my stomach, on the very top of my head, on my toe, and on my leg. Felt very tired all the time. Bounced from various antibiotic to antibiotic, but the biggest problem was the pain from the sore on my butt. To this day, it's left a big black circle, about 1.5 inches across.

Vancomycin eventually cleared it up, but I had been on strings of antibiotics for months before the boils even started showing up.
