Well DH has been work so much since the 31st that we never get to see him.  It is so hard to get used to this new way of doing things.  Aubrey has started to miss him more and I find it is hard next to impossible to get her to go to bed at night because it is as though she is waiting up for him.  I let her do this a couple times over my vacation and she has continued to do this the last 2 days.  It never really hit me how hard it would be to be the main care giver all the time for Aubrey.  Like Yesterday I took her to the Drs and she HATES going there and I am so used to having DH help me calm her down and I had to do it all, or even warming up the car, or dropping us off at the front of the store and picking us up at the front so we would not have to walk in the cold.  Also he would carry the heavy stuff from the car.  I guess you just step back and look at how much you really need someone oh dear I say miss them when they are not there all the time.  I know this is the best thing for us, him working the shop for the next 4 months until the shop picks up and then he will be home more.  It is just hard adjusting.  Aubrey is missing him and so is mommy.  At least we get a little time on the weekends to have some family time.  By then Aubrey has had enough of me.
