I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I've never been good at dealing with family members passing. Have you gotten to a doctor that prescribes BHRT?
Here's a funny story. My doctor told me I would be in peri-menopause for at least 15 years, lol; then in September, she tells me that I am in full menopause. Oh well, this came after I stocked up on feminine aids, lol!

Close Menopause
I am almost 50 and my trouble has just begun. Can't sleep, after nights of hot flashes that have interrupted my sleep continuously. Depressed ,agitated and moody. What is there to do? I feel sleep deprived. I visited the health store and purchased different produces that are suppose to help. PM PhytoGen is suppose to bring some promise. I need my normalcy back....is there any other help for me...
