thank u for the support. yeah pretty much anything bothers my back. but i try to walk down to the mailbox each day. its not really far, half a mile round trip or so. but its really the only thing, exercise wise, i can do at the moment. but i start pool therapy on tuesday so hoping that will help as well. plus getting the weight off will be better for me too. i just never had the chance with all my back issues RIGHT after my kids were born. i think it'll help in many ways. it'll help not having extra weight on my back issues and with being hurt in a way that can not be fixxed, only help with coping, it'll help my self-esteem as well. n let me tell u, thats one thing i really need a boost in. lol well hugs to u n hope all is well. u n ur family are always in my prayers. God bless

- My dear daughter is 10. She has auditory processinglanguage processingbasically learning disabilities. I homeschool and she has been a handful. It got to the point where we both had signs of depression. For a couple years Ive gone for help to see exactly what her problems were. Ive always felt she was ADD. Finally a psychologist veried she was ADD. Professionals in the past denied thats what she had Well I did not want to put her on Concerta. We did. She is wonderful.
