I’m With You
i feel your suffering. Nerve block injections have been helpful. As is stretching and walking. some say accupuncture helps. I tried a tens unit and it didn't really help much. I take vicodan and a lunesta at night so I can get a full night of rest. That really helps my outlook. Also be sure you have a very firm mattress and a flat pillow. sheila

Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
i was diagnosed with pcos after about a year of having health issues and gaining 70 pounds. I have been on metfomin for almost 3 years now and still have all that weight to lose.

- my insulin has been normal but i have not been able to lose weight.
Open Cervical Cancer
I was pregnant with my 2nd child when i noticed something was "off"! I went to see my Dr. and she did a scope. I new as soon as i saw the screen that it wasnt good. She did a biopsy and confirmed that i in fact had cervical cancer. I had to sit in the office every day hooked up to monitors because now i was stressing and so was the baby. We induced me 2 weeks early. When i was all well after having my daughter my Dr. did a LEEP. I have been cancer free for 4 years!!

- LEEP Working / Worked
- it was so painful that i almost passed out but i would do it again if the cancer came back. No cancer 4 years later!
Open Degenerative Disc Disease
i was diagnosed with DDD when i was 20 years old. I am going on 28 now and its not getting any easier. Getting meds for pain from the Dr is like pulling teeth. I live in agony sometimes. My back goes out on me alot. Im screaming in pain if i move an inch. I do some strengthening exercises but they dont help much.
Open Anxiety Disorders in Children
my 8yo. son has anxiety, adhd and odd. It has been a long road!! I have so much to tell!

- guitar is his outlet. Hook him up to an amp and give him some headphones and he is ok after.

- has play time with his uncle every week as long as its earned.
