Keep at it! - I had dreadful withdrawal symptoms when I stopped eating all foods containing yeast:: so bad I thought I must have been an alcoholic (I had to quit wine, which I used to have every night) - I was OK after 4-5 days, but it was quite dreadful. My younger d. got the same when I took her off wheat & yeast - she threw an awful tantrum at a party when the garlic bred came out. Luckily, There was a family there with yeawst allergy - so bad that their 2 kids had to come inside before nightfall: so I had backup, which really helped. Tried stewed fruit (fresh or quick cooked & frozen) - I eat plain applies, plums, in small quantities with breakfast rice or corn cereal (from Helath Food shops - no sugar) Some Health Food shops have very helpful Assistants who understand about candida. I just wanted to say thank you for repling to my post and I really do hope things get better for you....
i'm going to China and staying there...maybe I can hide in a rice field some where...things just never seem to turn around for me!!! -
