Enjoy your weekend! Get in touch if you want. Hope your week ends well and it stays that way.

Hi, here's a tip for your studying: While you study, eat something like chocolate...something with a distinct taste that you can eat in the classroom during a test. If you change subjects, change foods. The parallel of the tastes, with their uniqueness, will help your brain catalog the subject matter...and if you tend to forget newly learned material, the unique flavor of what you eat during the test, will help your mind resurrect the balance of the information to the extent you may get an answer where you would not have otherwise.

I understand the need for distraction, but continual distraction can be very exhausting.I am getting ready for work. Hope to converse with you soon. Hang in there and relax. Try to find your central point of distrust and of fear. I would imagine you have a fear of death, too...probably the ultimate fear. There is a part of a chapter I was reading, yesterday, in "Trauma and Recovery" by Judith Herman that spoke about our caretakers integrity and how we think. Will share soon...

If it helps any, let me tell you that you are not alone...somebody understands...and this is not the way it's always going to be. I promise you, it will get better. I still get momentarily panicked when I get stuck on an elevator at the hospital where I work. When I reassure myself that my friends are coming to get me; then I can calm down. But, I don't get on a full elevator...ever...and if people pack in...I get out and take the stairs. Do you often feel trapped by circumstance?
