Close Celiac Disease
Had bowel problems and chronic diarrhea since childhood with the dx. of IBS. Gf diet helped tremendously, but I found underlying problems with oxalate containing foods causing recurring digestive problems and Fibro pain.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- I avoid all high oxalate foods and gluten.
- Gluten Free Diet Working / Worked
Close Fibromyalgia
Hi-I was dx with FMS/MPS about ten years ago, but was struggling long before that. Getting better every day. Having severe vision problems I found out is caused by autoimmune disease of the eye-chronic iritis/uveitis. Had cataracts removed from both eyes at age 45. I also have osteoarthritis.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Working / Worked
- LOW OXALATE DIET IS "DISSOLVING" MY TRIGGER POINTS SLOWLY!!!!!
- Pyridium Working / Worked
- Eating more protein helps to keep the reactive hypoglycemia under control. I feel better when I eat a little protein with starchy carbs. Trying to avoid potatoes,sadly

Anxious everytime I hear helicopters and loud jets --My Dh works near DC now and worked in NY on 911. Horrible time for all of us.

- Struggle with it cause I am STARVING at mealtimes!!

- Didn't work since I lacked the correct diet for my food intolerances.
