Because of gastritis, I behaved in terms of eating.
I got gastriris, so I couldn't eat a whole lot today.
I took a PRN minor tranquilizer (Meilax), and I did a lot better :)
I was almost going into the crisis, but now, I'm doing OK.
My eating was …
Sounds good to me Ayaka, although I must stop eating chocolate I'm putting my weight back on.lol
The important thing is to have good days. After a few of these, you might be able to do it on your own! Keep on !!
How are you today? I have been thinking about you today as you sound so depressed on your FB and DS profiles. Fatigue is still a major symptom for me, particularly the week before my injection (which is this Friday). I had an extremely busy week at work so am shattered. I tried to rest over the weekend, but am still tired. Unfortunately didn't have the energy to go to karate tonight. It's a catch-22. Feel good after a class, but takes a while to recover due to exhaustion so I don't return for a week or so. Hopefully will feel better after injection on Friday.
Take care, stay strong and just remember you have a lot of friends thinking of you at this difficult time.
Good for you mate, just take one day at a time. :)
give yourself some extra tlc and keep fighting. Forgive yourself for the slip up. You are trying and that is what counts. Baby steps. HUGS
I was diagnosed in 2007 (24yr) while I was studying abroad in the US, and got a surgery in April, 2007 at Sparrow Hospital (MI, USA). Had complication of CSF leak post-op. Now, I'm back to Japan, and seeing Dr. Hizuka at Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital. I'm treated with Sandostatin LAR (20mg) every 35 days.
I have been hospitalized twice for clinical depression. After several suicide attempts, I'm still alive... I don't really want to live, but I decided to live, finally.
