I have been having CBT for a few weeks now and its helping me a great deal. I am now starting to change my way of thinking, and by doing that,it has eased my anxiety...I thought, why should i think of the worse scenerios? digging myself a hole because of my constant worrying thoughts? Not only was it very draining, but i was wasting my life...Now im feeling more positive...At last!!!

Shania, im glad its working for you. Like you said the worrying can rule your life and like normal things take so much longer to do. I am glad you are feeling positive, you deserve eternal happiness. I am glad you are getting to that.....here for you....
