      Hi, You're not alone. Hang on in there. If you feel a little 'at sea', there are some useful websites, charities etc that can help you understand this illness a little more. Not that I am an expert, but I could point you in the 'right' direction. I know how confusing it can be and how alone you can feel if your doctor doesn't seem clued up. Take Care, Craig x
