  I'm so sorry to hear about your anxiety! It sounds a bit like me, the fear of judgement can be a mental prison. I'd suggest you see psys and social workers, and keep going at it. It helps relieve a lot of stuff. And yes, it takes its time but one day -or some period of days- it clicks, and it ain't so bad. So at least it gives you some kind of hope. Hang in there!
