I just wanted to thank you for your advice! I have heard about an OPK and I know that when you get a positive that means its your surge but I have no clue what a surge means. I also tried the temperature thing for several months and it did not work so well for me. My temperature was up and down up and down all month long so I never did have a spike in temperature. I was reading a blog from a doctor online and he was saying an OPK is not enough to predict ovulation that you need to also do the temperature thing as well but I dont know how to do this since it seems to not work for me...
No we are not doing all of the testing you mentioned. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor, its on Tuesday, so I can ask her more questions about ovulation etc.

After several years of trying and going through fertility treatments, I finally got a BFP! I am so excited, but after all I have been through, it seems to good to be true. So, I am really scared that something is going to happen to take away my happiness. Want to be around others that understand.
