Close Hysterectomy

I have a history of fibroids. Had a myomectomy in 03. In 07 during my yearly exam it was determined that they returned. Although not giving me any problems, I decided to wait it out. At my yearly exam this year, my uterus had enlarged to the size of a 12 week pregnancy. Monthlies are getting worse along with pelvic pain. My hubby and I have decided to go ahead and do the hysterectomy. I will be having it done on May 18th. Hopefully laproscopic, but scar tissue may be in the way.
