After beginning the process in October of 2007 and going on a crazy roller coaster ever since, I was finally approved and had laproscopic RNY surgery on 03/23/09. At 6 weeks out I am down 52 pounds..but have many many more to go. It has been a rough six weeks so far...but there is a light..it seems to be getting better!!

I have a ten year old daughter who keeps me busy, along with a full time job. I enjoy cheerleading and have been coaching pop-warner for the last few years..however this year when the program starts (in August) I plan on being able to participate a lot more!!!

Yeah the carbs are ridiculous!!! I just can't stay away from them. I know they are bad, and I gained 5 lbs from last Thurs till now. (at a wedding, parties, etc....) so this morning I got back to my routine!!! But like I said, you look fantastic!!! :)
