I love animals that is why I work with them everyday. I have two cats, a dog and a turtle. I am currently a supervisor and a veterinary assistant. I am studying to become a veterinary technician. I was schedule to graduate in May but due to health issues I have to postpone my graduation. But that is okay with me as long as I am healthy when it is all over.

Close Breakups & Divorce
Recently I have had two surgeries on to remove the ovarian tumor and the other to remove the ovary. I was afriad of all of this and started a fight over something very stupid with my boyfriend of 11yrs. I think this fight was the breaking point for him. Well it over and now I have to learn to live without the person I thought I would spend the rest of my life with. His loss.

Close Ovarian Cancer
Recently dianogised with a rare form of ovarian cancer, Sertoli Cell Tumor. I am getting ready to start chemothearapy next week 3/25/09. 6 cycles 21 days apart.
Treatments
- Carboplatin Too Soon to Tell
- Chemotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- Taxotere Too Soon to Tell
- Just was changed to this. I will have my first treatment on 6/5/09.
- Taxol Working / Worked
- Too many side effects. My dr has decided to change my treatment for the last three to see if I will have a decrease in the itching that I have been experiencing on taxol
Open Chemotherapy
Just started Chemo on March 25th. My hair just started falling out on Feb 6. I went to the ER for what they determined was just an allergic reaction to something but they are not sure what.
