      I have had panic disorder with agoraphobia since 2002. Unfortunately it still controls me :(

      Treatments

      Breathing Exercises Not Working
      Breathwork Not Working
      Paxil Somewhat Helpful
      made me agressive and easily agitated
      Positive Thinking Not Working
      Valium Working / Worked
      It works but I refuse to take it all the time
      Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
      eases the symptoms but doesn't complettely get rid of them
