OK, went for labs tuesday, numbers still fluctuating but Linda is pleased - I like to make my co-ordinator happy! she is the best one I ever had, but they are all good. Linda is special! but she is getting promoted to the transplant hotel- the very exclusive 15th floor of Jackson! reserved for kings and Queens and transplant patients only- either newbies or experienced patients like me- we all get the royal treatment cause we are special (and have no immune system) we can;t be with common sick people. I am happy for Linda. I will have to visit her on the 15th floor- its been 7 months since I was there- I was re-born there! 18 months ago. I have come to the conclusion that I am as good as I'll ever be- still pain from surgical adhesions, digestive, and memory side effects from meds! but I am alive and I almost wasn't I don't want to ever forget that- "every day is a gift- even if its only a pair of socks"(sorry T) I have a horrible pain in my arm- comes and goes but sometimes it is excuiating- nobody seems to know what it is- best guess is some kind of nerve compression- IT hurts and has been draging me down for 10 days! slowly getting less horrible! I hope! it has really slowed me down! I have graduated from labs every 2 weeks to every 3 weeks guess thats a sign of stability but most post patients should be no more than monthly by now! I'm not complaining!

All sounds good except that arm, have you tried acupuncture? Seriously it is amazing what it can do for pain. Try sleeping on another side or bed or floor or roof!.............Nice to talk to you my friend....................Jeff

funny thing is my doctor suggested the same things! But I don't pay her anymore than I will you! after 6 weeks the pain is easing up, Doc said it was a compressed nerve and I should sleep without a pillow! Nutz huh!
