Yesterday I didn't make it outside of the house. The pain hit me pretty hard. So I took the advice of another member here, and rested. Then after the pain med kicked in I played on my piano for the first time in ages for about 10-15 minutes. Sang a bit, but it hurt. Then I took a cloth and wiped the dust off the desk and keys. I really need to get back to doing more music. I miss it, and I need it. The pain just makes it very hard nowadays.
