This past week my art therapy group worked on making dream catchers. We used instructions from a website called nativetech.org. The project though it looks intricate was actually not too dificult to pick up. We added beads in the web to symbolize the things we wanted to catch in the web. Either the bad things we wanted to stay out of our dreams or the good things we wanted to focus our dreams on. This project turned out to be both fun and also relaxing. I am planning to make more dream catchers to give to family and friends.
