Ok,
He hasn't listened to my advice for years about how to get a handle on his blood pressure
Now he's blaming me for that too - that he's on the verge of a heart attack because of me
It's all my fault - I make him angry, I make him say mean things, I make him abusive...
Right!
He's just never gonna stop trying to make that stick!
Thank God I've done my digging and reading about how to live with a Narcissist
Just another tool to avoid accountability and avoid dealing with our reality

Hey Lizzy, and you are staying with him because? Gee girlfriend, if he doesn't want to get counseling, then you go. You should tell him { you probably already have } that if he keeps being so angry HE WILL BLOW THE OLD TICKER!!! So don't argue back with him, let him argue with himself. Then you go to the florist and buy a wreath that says Rest In Peace.
