About Me
I'm an author (for as long as I can still remember how to write!). And I'm a tree-hugging, Bambi-loving, dirt worshiper. That sums up the past 57 years quite nicely! In addition, I'm married to a wonderful but decrepit man (we're falling apart together...!), live in Bloomington, Indiana, and love living on the edge of the forest. We have many creatures and birds visit here, so our windows are a source of regular entertainment. I have two dogs, a cat, and two lovely tarantulas (great pets---VERY low maintenance!)

Interests
I'm an author by trade (google Susan Chernak McElroy), but my writing skills are fuzzy these days. I love puttering in the garden when I have the energy, reading non-fiction, and am thinking of taking up stained-glass making (a hobby where I can mostly sit on my fanny).

"computer/electronic skills of a tuna" I love it. I've got a qualification in Aircraft Electronics as well as 14 years experiance in problem solving on Militry fast jets but computer and electronic skills of a tuna is exactly how I feel these days. Thanks for helping me laugh. Al

Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I've been fighting fatigue for about six years. It's getting worse, and my brain has turned into mush. I'm finding myself unable to work, to socialize, or to think. Brain fog is a terrible problem.
