After having 3 attacks of Diverticulitis I learned that it can be prevented by not eating any nuts or anything with seeds. Also popcorn can cause real problems. I also take Glycolax to keep myself fairly regular. I am doing fine as long as I keep this up. Hope this helps. I know how painful it is. Hugs, FranD
