About Me
I am 42 years old. I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma spring 2008. I have had twelve (12) Basal Cell Carcinoma diagnosis on various parts of my body: arm (2) 2008, legs (3) 2008 & (1) 2009, foot 2008, back 2008 & (3) 2009, side torso 2009. I have had one mild dysplasia mole removed from the back of my leg spring 2009. I am married to a wonderful man and I have a talented and smart sixteen year old daughter. I have two adorable dogs. As a child, I spent time in California and then moved to North Carolina. We moved to Missouri when I was in third grade. Moved back to North Carolina when I was in 6th grade to 8th grade. My dad was a Marine and we traveled to California and North Carolina when I was young to live on the military bases. This is where I received a lot of sun exposure when I was young. We lived in Camp Lejeune, NC, where they have an ongoing water investigation due contamination when I lived on base.

Good luck with your scrapings. I hope your heal fast and it is not uncomfortable. It is good that you are having regular check ups and have the doc keep an eye on that mole. God Bless, Mary Anne
