About Me
I am 42 years old. I was diagnosed with Basal Cell Carcinoma spring 2008. I have had twelve (12) Basal Cell Carcinoma diagnosis on various parts of my body: arm (2) 2008, legs (3) 2008 & (1) 2009, foot 2008, back 2008 & (3) 2009, side torso 2009. I have had two mild dysplasia moles removed from my leg spring & fall 2009. I am married to a wonderful man and I have a talented and smart sixteen year old daughter. I have two adorable dogs. As a child, I spent time in California and then moved to North Carolina. We moved to Missouri when I was in third grade. Moved back to North Carolina when I was in 6th grade to 8th grade. My dad was a Marine and we traveled to California and North Carolina when I was young to live on the military bases. This is where I received a lot of sun exposure when I was young. We lived in Camp Lejeune, NC, where they have an ongoing water investigation due contamination when I lived on base.
