Moment of Peace
Dear Sean thanks a million. in response to your question...does the person know when they are doing this.. it depends on the type of PMS from my point of view when i used to get very jealous and emotionally unbalanced due to the PMT i knew deep down i was being irrational and unfair but i couldnt stop myself from feelign the pain of the jealousy or the anger so i had to try and justify my actions but i always knew i was behaving badly however ....my mother before menopause.... used to go almost psychotic for a few days a month and i can assure you my mother is the kindest most compassionate women you could know but a couple days a month if something set her off she would turn like the exorcist and fly into these vicious rages i am sure deep down she knew but at the time she was out of control but as soon as she calmed down she would be filled with shame and self - loathing i really admire your patience i pray she finds something to work.... i dont know her....im sure she knows deep down she is behaving unfairly but cant help it as the emotions are so strong keep talking to people i can only tell u my story it would be dangerous for anyone to give too much advice god bless

dear floundering as a sufferer of PMDD myself i would not underestimate this at all in the cause of your marrital problems these hormonal shifts have such drastic and devastating consequences that they make you percieve the world in such a different way i get suicidal depressed for about 11 days before my period and 3 days in in that time i hate where i live i hate myself and im so angry at my boyfriend but if you can have compassion and patience with your wife she may not realise yet how this is affecting her thinking lots of people have had success with MACA a food from peru i just started it but its too early for me to tell. i really feel your pain you are a good man but i assure you the suffering is so dire from this hormonal imbalance god bless and i hope me and your wife find relief
