I think the change in weather has been playing tricks on me. I have been wanting a cigarette soooo bad lately. I know it's a change and I have to fight it. I guess going through the seasons is going to be a little hill I have to fight each time. I have been in more pain lately and I have been doing ok with that but the anxiety has crept up a little. I am scheduled for my CT scan today. I hope its something that can be managed and get out of the pain I'm in that wakes me up all night and hurts all day. I know I can fight this!!

MANY of us are going through the same thing..this is the first spring ive been smoke free and im finding simple DAYLIGHT to be a trigger..LOL. there are many things that can trigger you MONTHS after you quit. you are gonna do great...be prepared for all those "firsts" and you will pass with flying colors!

I remember that pain. I had my hysterectomy June 27, 2008. I thought I was going to collapse it hurt so bad. I take my meds every four hours. It controls the pain and also prevents addiction from taking it every time it hurts. The weather is going to continue bothering you. Any damage to organs or muscles leaves nerves sensitive to any shift in the barometric pressure. Now, you really don't need the cigarette. Your mind is just playing tricks on you. It's just that you got used to having a pacifier whenever you became anxious. You've already broken the habit, now you just have to believe that you have. It's not going to be easy, but you just survived having your guts ripped out, what could possibly top that? :D
